VIEW AND DOWNLOAD YOUR ROUTES HERE

Whilst we have coaches and buddies to help and guide you on the runs, we like to encourage some independence too. So we no longer have paper printed maps at group sessions.


Please view the relevant route prior to the run (check the list to find out which route is being used on the date).


You then have options of what to do with it:

1. View and memorise ;) or screenshot it on your phone

2. Print it off and bring the map with you

3. Download the GPX file to your Garmin or other navigation devices

4. Join the group on STRAVA where you'll also find the routes
