All sessions MUST be booked online. Due to Covid-19 we do not offer 'drop in' sessions any more.

Booking opens 7 days prior for the following week and can be cancelled with 24 hours notice.

TUESDAY 9.00AM
INTERVALS/DRILLS/HILLS

£3.50

45 minute session which will involve running intervals/hills (weather and light dependent), doing running drills etc. It's fun, great to improve technique and form and your speed :)

This is not a hard 'interval' session.. although we'll be doing some reps, it's more about games, drills and having fun.

We will be using a specific 'marked out' area of the field or a local incline for hill reps.

This is aimed at intermediate runners - you've been running for a while and can run 30 mins comfortably.

TUESDAY 9.00AM
JOG/WALK/RUN - UP TO 3 MILES

£3.50

This is a relaxed and friendly session where we go out onto quiet roads and pavements around the town.

Aimed at newer runners, jog walkers or those wanting to do a maximum of 3 miles in a relaxed way.

After a warm up, we head out in small groups with coach support. We do a maximum of 3 miles, but you can jog/walk or run to suit how you're feeling or your own goals and a coach/buddy will be there to help and encourage you. 

It's fun, relaxed and social. 

THURSDAY 6.30PM
JOG/WALK/RUN UP TO 3 MILES

£3.50

45 minute session. Aimed at jog walkers or anyone running UP TO 3 miles. Jog walk or run as much or as little as you like. A coach or buddy will be with this group to support and structure your session. Suitable for complete beginners.


After a group warm up, we head out onto quiet roads and pavements in small groups.
