Booking opens at 12 noon on a Tuesday for the following week and can be cancelled with 24 hours notice.

TUESDAY 9.00AM
INTERVALS/DRILLS

£3.50

45 minute session which will involve running intervals, doing running drills etc. It's fun, great to improve technique and form and your speed :)
This is not a hard 'interval' session.. although we'll be doing some reps, it's more about games, drills and having fun.
We will be using a specific 'marked out' area of the field
This is aimed at beginner/intermediate runners - you've been running for a while and can run 30 mins comfortably.

FREESTYLE

45 minute session. Aimed at jog walkers or anyone running UP TO 3 miles. You can do anything from 2-5 laps of the grounds and take it at a pace to suit you. Jog walk or run as much or as little as you like. A coach or buddy will be with this group to support and structure your session.


The session takes place WITHIN the grounds of TW rugby club on the grass and will involve running laps of the grounds. It is relatively flat with some gentle inclines at times and some patches of uneven ground.

Includes warm up and cool down stretches.
